ok so lately ive been having the same dreams on and off. and whats weird is that i dont realize that im dreaming and i think its real.
ok, so last night i had this crazy dream, but the same one i keep having:
I’m in my bed and lying on my back, i have my sheets covering half of my face and I’m just lying there awake, when all of sudden i see this shadow to my left and it looks like an arm which is holding some type of sword. I completely go numb and i cant move nor can i talk, i want to move and im trying to scream or say anything but nothings coming out. But then a realize that im in a dream and i know that this is not real so im trying to wake up. i jerk up to see if that wakes me but nothing. im frozen. so i start blinking my eyes a lot which is really hard because it feels like i a weights on my face and im in this translation of whats real and the dream, so at one point i see the arm and than another time i dont see it. than im hearing this music in the background as all this is happening, and it seems as though everything is going extra slow. So finally im awake and my cat is on my bed, and im calm… so i go back to sleep.
is this lucid dreaming? i know im asleep, but i cant control the dream and i cant move in it either.
